COVID-19/PANDEMIC

The worldwide pandemic has affected all of us and this includes the impact on our shipping times. The print on demand service used to fulfill most orders is operating at lower capacity to keep employees safe. Since all our products are made to order, it could take up to 3 to 5 weeks for them to be prepared before they are shipped out, although we've found that most products ship quicker and longer shipping times is not the typical.  Apparel and/or custom products take the longest; wall prints, posters and other items ship much quicker.  Once your items is fulfilled, you'll receive an email when a shipping label is created for your order and is ready to be shipped out.

SHIPPING

Shipping is so unpredictable right now due to Covid-19, but we can give you some general estimates to help you plan.  If you're considering order...order early to avoid  your product arriving late! 

  • US orders: 7-10 business days

  • Canadian orders: 25-30 business days

 

 

Currently we only ship to the USA and Canada.  We hope to expand our shipping areas after the pandemic resolves.  

 

 

TRACKING INFO

You'll receive an email with a tracking number after your product is fulfilled and shipping label is created, but it can take up to 48 hours for your item to get into the mail. 

 

 

MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE

Print on Demand is a great service and for the service to work efficiently, some products are made a different manufacturing facilities.  For example, mugs and posters might be made at one facility and apparel might be sewn at another.  With this, you might be receiving more than one package in the mail, despite ordering the items at the same time.  

 

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Currently, we don't ship internationally, so Canada is the only country affected by customs fees at this time. We can't always anticipate these fees at checkout, so to our friends in Canada...please be prepared for that extra cost.  Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases. 

Soon, one of our print on demand facilities will be opening in Canada!  This will mean faster shipping, no customs and an ability to pay in CAD!  We'll keep you updated!

DIGITAL ITEMS

 

After you purchase a digital product you'll receive a download link via email right away!  Woohoo!  If you don't receive this email...check your spam folder AND check that the email address you entered was correct.  Your email link expires in 24 hours, so if you fail to download in time and can't access your digital product, hang tight!  Just forward your email to us at hello@bonniefitts.com so we can resend the link. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We cannot offer refunds or returns for items unless they damaged or get lost in the mail. We make our items special for you after you order and we are a small family store so, we don’t store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel will fit you just right. 

There are also no refunds or returns for digital goods.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED?

If your order didn't end up arriving,  we want to know!  

1.  Check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you a replacement to the correct address.

2. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello@bonniefitts.com with your order information. That way I can  issue you a full refund, or try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it from getting lost again.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?

It's so disappointing and annoying when this happens to anything we order!  If your item arrives to you damaged, get in touch with us at hello@bonniefitts.com right away so we can make it right!  We have a strict 14-day replacement policy for damaged products and after that time we can no longer offer a replacement for free.

 

PLEASE NOTE: To make this process go faster please provide photos of the problem with your item, your order information, and email us at hello@bonniefitts.com so we can make it right for you!
